1. Scope of Services

We provide customized consulting services as described on our website.

2. Payment Terms

All fees are due immediately upon delivery of service unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Must be done at least 48 hours in advance. A 50% cancellation fee applies within 48 hours of scheduled service.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted within 7 days of service on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

All deliverables remain the property of Logic Enterprise Management unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of all client information, and expect the same in return.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
