Scope of Services
Logic Enterprise Management provides customized software development, IT consulting, and enterprise technology services as described on our website and further defined in written agreements executed with each client.
All services are project-based and individually scoped.
Engagement & Pricing
Pricing for services is determined after consultation and formal proposal. Fees vary depending on project scope, technical requirements, and timeline.
All pricing and payment schedules are defined in the applicable service agreement or invoice.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Services are performed prior to invoicing.

Invoices are issued upon completion of services or at agreed billing intervals.

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.

Late payments may accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law.

We reserve the right to suspend future services for non-payment.
Cancellation & Termination
Cancellation and termination terms are governed by the executed client agreement.
If no specific agreement exists:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Work performed up to the cancellation date remains billable.

Deposits may be non-refundable once services have commenced.
Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of our services:

Once services have been rendered, fees are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Intellectual Property
All deliverables remain the property of Logic Enterprise Management until full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon full payment, ownership rights are transferred in accordance with the governing agreement.
Pre-existing tools, methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary processes remain the exclusive property of Logic Enterprise Management.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, data, and intellectual property.
Clients agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies, documentation, and trade secrets disclosed during the engagement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Logic Enterprise Management shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
